WUCF and PBS Kids serves as a trusted partner for families, bridging the gap between home, school, and the broader community while prioritizing the holistic development of children. We encourage you to learn and grow together through multi-generational activities. Explore the resources below.
On My Way to K
WUCF’s On My Way to K program blends our School Tools initiative with multi-generational learning events to help families prepare for kindergarten. Through workshops, community events, and online resources, we equip caregivers with strategies to build early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills. Partnering with local libraries, community centers, and educators, we offer year-round support to help children develop the skills needed to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.
Meet The Helpers
Meet The Helpers is a WUCF initiative that introduces children to community helpers and the world of work, building trust and preparedness in emergencies while expanding career awareness. Through videos and resources, it supports WUCF Education’s mission to empower caregivers and educators in fostering early learning and resilience.
