WUCF FM, 89.9 Jazz & More will kick off its annual fall on-air fund drive on Sunday, October 13. The week-long fundraising campaign has a $40,000 goal in honor of the 40th anniversary of providing Central Florida’s jazz soundtrack.
Programming highlights include ticket offers to a Classic Album Live Concert at the Hard Rock Café, membership to the Central Florida Jazz Society, and gift certificates to several area restaurants.
“Listener support allows WUCF FM to continue our mission of great jazz listening all day,” said Dr. Phil Hoffman, WUCF Executive Director. “With the recent launch of our HD2 Latin Jazz channel, listeners have even more jazz options to carry and connect with through the day. Continued community and listener support are essential to carrying out our mission.”
The drive will end on Saturday, October 19.
