Gathering and Use of Information

WUCF will never willfully disclose any personally identifiable information about our online audience to any third party without first receiving the user's permission. We do not collect personally identifiable information from our visitors other than what is supplied to us on a voluntary basis.

Visitors to wucf.org may voluntarily supply certain personally identifiable information in connection with (i) contest or sweepstakes registration, (ii) subscription registration for sites or services which require subscription (such as email newsletters), (iii) requests for membership information and (iv) e-commerce transactions. In addition, personally identifiable information is voluntarily provided in connection with certain content submissions, community postings (i.e., forums or bulletin boards), comments and suggestions, or voting.

The extent of such use is always explained at the time a site visitor provides such information. If the visitor does not want this information collected and used by us for the disclosed internal purposes, the visitor is given an opportunity to " opt-out." Our visitors need to recognize, however, that under certain circumstances, if they select to "opt-out" they may not be eligible for certain activities for which the personally identifiable information is needed. WUCF Donor List Policy

As required by 47 U.S.C. § 396(k)(12): WUCF’s policy prohibits the exchange of donor information with political organizations and/or candidates. In addition, WUCF probihits exchanging donor information with nonaffiliated third parties; and WUCF safeguards donor names and lists through a variety of enhanced security practices.

Third-Party Ads Notice

• Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to sites on the Internet.
• Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting by visiting www.aboutads.info

Children's Privacy

• Children should always get permission from their parents or legal guardians before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) via the web or mobile service, to WUCF or to anyone else. 
• WUCFs' web services are not directed at children under the age of 13 and WUCF does not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to provide any information to WUCF.

It is important to note that the WUCF websites contain links to other sites. WUCF is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. When you visit other sites, the collection, use, and disclosure of your information will be subject to the privacy policies of those third-party websites, not this Privacy Policy. For instance, clicking on a sponsorship notice on WUCF.org will take you to an entirely different site subject to its own privacy policy. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy policies of every website they visit that collects their information.
