As a trusted media organization, WUCF is dedicated to fostering an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and reflective of our diverse Central Florida community. We are committed to creating programming, educational resources, and community initiatives that embrace the full spectrum of experiences and perspectives within our region. Through thoughtful engagement, we strive to offer content that resonates with and serves all members of our community.

As a dual licensee and a department of the University of Central Florida, WUCF upholds the values of respect and civil discourse that guide our institution. WUCF adheres to all policies as outlined by the UCF Board of Trustees. 

Inside Our Organization
WUCF is committed to building a workforce that reflects the richness of our community. We aim to achieve this through recruitment practices that promote broad representation and by cultivating an environment of respect and understanding. 

In Our Community
We provide content across multiple platforms—TV, radio, online, and in-person—that educates, informs, and culturally enriches. Our goal is to offer programs that engage audiences of all backgrounds and interests.

Measurable Outcomes & Impact
To uphold our commitment, we track and report progress in areas including:

  • TV and Radio Content: Offering a range of programming that reflects the interests and needs of our audience.
  • Community Engagement: Supporting lifelong learning through accessible, inclusive educational opportunities for all ages.
  • Community Representation: Fostering a welcoming environment within WUCF and throughout our engagement efforts, ensuring everyone feels valued and included.

CoLab

The WUCF CoLab is an informal, collaborative advisory group dedicated to guiding WUCF’s programming and community engagement initiatives. By bringing together diverse voices from across Central Florida, the CoLab helps shape impactful content and experiences that reflect and serve our vibrant community.
