Once again this spring, WUCF‐FM Orlando was the nation's highest rated full-time public jazz radio station. According to the most recent Neilsen Audio ratings, WUCF-FM topped popular jazz stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and many other markets.
WUCF-FM, currently celebrating its 35th year on the air, is a listener-supported service of the University of Central Florida, Orlando. WUCF-FM broadcasts a 24-hour schedule of jazz music and other non-commercial programming from studios on the UCF campus.
WUCF-FM's goal is to provide programming that enriches, educates and entertains residents of Central Florida and beyond at 89.9 FM and wucf.org. WUCF is affiliated with National Public Radio, Public Radio International, Associated Press, and other national and independent program services.
